Meet the Artist

It started in Okinawa, Japan with a backpack and a brand new camera. I traveled through China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Thailand teaching myself photography in the field. I came home with images, stories, and experiences that shaped the way I see and photograph the world today.

I’m a Spokane, Washington photographer specializing in senior portraits, family photography, and personal brand sessions.
Photography has been part of my life for nearly two decades. Over the years I’ve photographed everything from travel and weddings to food and everyday life, but what I’ve always loved most is capturing real moments and the stories behind them.
My work has received international photography awards and has been published in magazines and books around the world. Photographing people and places across different cultures has shaped the way I see and document everyday life.
For a few years I focused more on food photography and writing while raising my children and building my food blog. Even then, I never really stopped photographing people. Portraits of friends, families, and everyday moments were always part of my life.
Now I’m excited to focus on portrait photography again. My sessions are relaxed and natural, with gentle guidance so people can simply be themselves. My goal is to create timeless images that reflect the connection and beauty already present in people’s lives.
